New Building Codes for California

They’re here! In January, California finally adopted new codes, the most sweeping changes of any code cycle in our history. Builders Booksource will help you get up to speed with “The Key to the 2007 California Codes,” a seminar presented by Code Check’s Douglas Hansen. This seminar will fill you in on the major changes in the new codes and break down the specific changes that took effect January 1. Douglas will focus on residential changes, including: new rules affecting seismic design, building setbacks, fire separation, egress, safety glazing, exterior wall covers, plumbing materials, combustion air, gas appliance venting, and electrical codes.
